Original Artwork
All artworks sold on this website are original, one-of-a-kind pieces. Each painting is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition
- The artwork must be unused, undamaged, and unaltered
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Returned artworks must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 business days using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the artwork and packaging
- A full refund or replacement will be offered
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Commissioned or custom artworks
- Artwork that has been damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior contact
- Personalised paintings
Authenticity
Each original artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
This certificate must be returned with the artwork in order to process a refund.
